Flikt.AI returned an 11-item plan coordination report: 8 High, 2 Medium, 1 Low.</p>
<p>The load-bearing finding, C005, was a mechanical-versus-structural clearance clash in the first- and second-floor ceiling cavities. Supply and return ducts up to 26x10 were routed through a plenum where concrete beams of varying depth dropped below the slab soffit, and no coordination sections were drawn showing duct clearance against beam depth.</p>
