Frame Overview

Frame is a BIM data and analytics platform for construction teams. It connects Revit, IFC, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud models to ready-to-use Power BI dashboards and Excel workflows, without rebuilding exports every reporting cycle.

Teams can explore model properties alongside an interactive 3D viewer, create dashboards for 4D planning, 5D cost analysis, room and space analysis, quantity takeoffs, model health, issues, clashes, and federated coordination views. Reports refresh as the underlying model data changes.

Frame also includes an Excel add-in that exports model data, lets teams add their own fields, filters the spreadsheet and 3D model in both directions, and uses spreadsheet colors to color-code model elements. An architecture designed around large BIM datasets helps Frame work with large and federated models.

Frame is built for BIM and VDC teams, coordinators, project controls, cost teams, planners, and anyone who needs model data in the tools their organization already uses. AI features help users query model data, review Revit sheets, and draft scopes of work.

Ichi

Ichi is an AI-powered platform that helps architecture, engineering, and construction teams review complex project documents more efficiently. It supports building code compliance, automated QA/QC, construction administration, and firm-wide knowledge management. By analyzing drawings, submittals, RFIs, and other documents, Ichi identifies missing information, potential conflicts, and items requiring attention, helping teams reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and make faster, better-informed project decisions.

Kestrel Labs

Kestrel is building code compliance software that runs inside Revit, checking BIM models against jurisdiction-specific requirements during design. It flags issues directly on model elements and ties every result to a cited code section. Teams run compliance checks continuously, not just at plan check, so problems surface while they are still easy to fix. Kestrel brings building code into the model, giving teams a clear, real-time understanding of where their project stands.
