Description
Managing multiple Revit files and their interconnected links has long been a time-consuming challenge for BIM professionals. Whether preparing models for coordination reviews in Navisworks or updating project links across dozens of files, these repetitive tasks can consume hours of productive time every week.
ZeConnect addresses these workflow bottlenecks with two powerful Revit plugins that automate what used to be manual, tedious processes. By enabling batch operations without opening individual files and streamlining link management, ZeConnect helps AEC teams reclaim valuable time while reducing the risk of human error in their BIM workflows.
Batch NWC Export
Transforms the way teams prepare models for coordination reviews by automating the export process to Navisworks format. Instead of opening each Revit file individually, extracting 3D views, and exporting them one by one, users can process multiple files simultaneously through background operations.
Link Remapper
Solves the common headache of managing and updating Revit file links. When project file structures change, files are relocated, or cloud project paths are updated, this tool allows users to remap multiple links at once without the tedious process of reloading each link individually.
General Usage Instructions
How It Works
Batch NWC Export
- Selection Process: Users start by selecting multiple Revit files from their workspace. The plugin supports both local file storage and cloud-hosted projects on ACC or BIM 360, so teams can work seamlessly whether files are stored on local servers or in the cloud.
- Automated View Extraction: Once files are selected, the plugin automatically extracts all available 3D views from each file through background processing. This happens without opening the Revit interface, saving significant time and system resources.
- Export Configuration: Before exporting, users can configure comprehensive options to control what data gets included in the NWC files — element properties, room geometry, and coordinate systems. These settings ensure that exported files contain exactly the information needed for downstream coordination tasks.
- Automated Export Process: After configuration, the plugin batch exports selected views to Navisworks NWC format. Files are automatically named according to user preferences and saved to designated destination folders, with the entire process running in the background.
Link Remapper
- Link Visibility and Selection: When users open the plugin, they see a complete list of all Revit links present in the active document, giving immediate visibility into the model's link structure. Users can then select specific links that need remapping rather than processing all links at once.
- Path Selection: For each selected link, users browse and choose new file paths. The plugin supports both local storage locations and cloud-hosted projects on ACC or BIM 360, which is crucial for teams transitioning between local and cloud workflows or working in hybrid environments.
- Batch Remapping: After new paths are chosen for all selected links, the plugin automatically remaps and loads all links in batch mode. This eliminates the need to remap each link individually through Revit's standard interface, dramatically reducing the time required to update complex models.

Redefining Engineering Intelligence
Built for industries where precision cannot fail.
Engineering projects do not fail because of the people. They fail because no one made the risks visible in time. ZestineTech bridges engineering and technology to change that — delivering intelligence before it is needed, not after it is too late.
We are an engineering software company building intelligent tools for project delivery teams across architecture, construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, manufacturing, and enterprise operations. Founded by engineers who worked inside complex project environments, ZestineTech was built from a single conviction: the tools available to engineering teams had not kept pace with the complexity those teams were being asked to manage.
That gap — between what engineering workflows demand and what existing software delivers — is exactly where ZestineTech operates.
Who We Are
ZestineTech is a focused, purpose-driven software company headquartered in Pennsylvania, USA, serving engineering and project delivery organizations globally. Our team carries over a decade of direct experience working within engineering environments — not studying them from the outside, but operating inside them at the level where real problems live.
We understand the coordination failures that happen weeks before a review. We know the unauthorized changes that go undetected until they become expensive. We have seen the operational inefficiencies that compound quietly until they become project risks. We build software to solve those problems — precisely, honestly, and without unnecessary complexity.
Engineering done right. The first time.
Who We Serve
ZestineTech operates where precision is not optional and the cost of being wrong is measured in project weeks, not corrections. The teams we serve carry accountability for project accuracy every day and cannot afford to discover what went wrong after it already has.
We serve engineering-led industries across global markets:
AEC — Architecture, Engineering & Construction: Smarter delivery for teams working where coordination failures cost time and money.
Oil & Gas: Precision-driven engineering tools for complex industrial environments where operational accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.
Sustainability & Infrastructure: Engineering the systems that make sustainability measurable, manageable and built to last.
Manufacturing: Reducing inefficiency and rework across manufacturing operations through intelligent workflow control and process automation.
Enterprise Operations: Bringing structure, visibility, and automation to large-scale operations that cannot run on manual oversight.
The Standard We Build To
Clarity — Actionable visibility. No noise. No ambiguity. Engineering teams deserve tools that make complexity legible, not compound it.
Precision — Engineered for accuracy. Built for the real world. We hold our products to the same standard we expect from the workflows they support.
Honesty — Transparent insight. Grounded in reality. We build what works. We say what is true. We do not oversell.
Control — Stay ahead of risk. Operate with confidence. The best tools give teams more visibility and confidence, not less.
Why ZestineTech
Most engineering software is built by software companies. ZestineTech is built by engineers who understand what it costs when workflows break down — in rework, in delays, in coordination failures that should have been caught earlier.
That origin shapes everything: the problems we choose to solve, the standard we hold our products to, and the commitment we bring to every team that relies on our software. We exist to bring intelligence earlier into engineering and operations — helping teams identify risks before coordination breaks down, before delivery is impacted and before small issues become expensive problems.

Ideate StyleManager
Ideate StyleManager is a Revit data management and model cleanup tool that helps architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) teams maintain consistent, high-quality BIM standards across projects. The software enables users to identify, manage, and remove unused, duplicate, or non-standard content within Revit models, templates, and families. This includes object styles, line styles, line patterns, fill patterns, filled regions, materials, material assets, filters, view templates, viewports, and other project standards. By centralizing and simplifying standards management, Ideate StyleManager helps BIM managers enforce company-wide Revit standards, reduce model clutter, and improve overall model performance. The tool also supports quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes by making it easier to identify inconsistencies before project delivery. With cleaner, more standardized models, teams can improve collaboration, reduce errors, decrease file sizes, and create more reliable project documentation. Ideate StyleManager is particularly valuable for organizations looking to scale BIM best practices and maintain consistency across multiple projects and offices.

ConstructAI
ConstructAI automates one of construction's biggest bottlenecks: turning 2D structural drawings into fabrication-ready BIM models. We upload your PDF drawings, and our agentic AI reads, classifies, and rebuilds every wall, beam, and rebar detail into a native Revit model at LOD 350—material takeoffs included free. What normally takes 3–6 weeks of manual detailing gets compressed into 1–2 days, cutting modeling time by up to 77%. We're already working with structural teams at Fortune 500 builders and global GCs.
CORDAX
CORDAX is a software platform that automates and optimizes MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) system design within existing BIM workflows. CORDAX generates coordinated, clash-free routing that minimizes material use and reduces design time.
