BIM Holoview

BIM Holoview

1

BIM Holoview overlays your Revit, Navisworks and wider CAD models onto the job site through a HoloLens 2 or Meta Quest headset, rendered on-device for full offline use at any remote location, or streamed via cloud for massive federated models when you need maximum fidelity.

Anchoring uses QR codes and World Locking technology rather than beacons or extra hardware. No sensors, no custom hardware, no steep learning curve. Native plugins cover Revit and Navisworks directly, with SketchUp, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Tekla, Rhino, ArchiCAD, IFC, FBX and OBJ supported through Navisworks.

BIM Holoview Overview

BIM Holoview is a headset-native augmented and mixed reality tool for architecture, engineering and construction teams, built for Microsoft HoloLens 2 and Meta Quest, with Apple Vision Pro support available through Hololight. It offers a genuine dual rendering path: full offline operation once a model is synced to the device, or cloud streaming through Hololight for massive federated models without reducing polygon count. Teams can choose the approach that fits the site, whether that is a remote location with no connectivity or a large, complex federated model that needs full fidelity.

Anchoring uses QR codes plus World Locking technology, giving sub-1cm accuracy without beacons or proprietary tracking hardware to buy, install or calibrate. Offline performance has been proven directly in the field on remote industrial sites and factory floors with zero cellular or Wi-Fi coverage, so teams are not dependent on site connectivity to get value from the model.

Most BIM and CAD workflows are covered: native plugins for Revit and Navisworks, plus SketchUp, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Tekla, Rhino, ArchiCAD, IFC, FBX and OBJ through Navisworks. That breadth means teams do not need to convert or simplify a model before bringing it into BIM Holoview.

Typical use spans the construction phase, for field verification, coordination and constructability checks against the design model, through to post-construction operations and maintenance, where facility teams can see structural elements and building services that would otherwise be hidden behind finished walls, floors and ceilings.

BIM Holoview is an Autodesk Developer Network member and authorised Autodesk Developer, with a direct integration into Autodesk BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud in place since 2021.

Founded in 2017, BIM Holoview is used across semiconductor, data centre, industrial, healthcare, oil and gas and infrastructure projects, with a customer base concentrated in North America and a growing presence in Central and South America, the UK and Europe.

ConstructAI

ConstructAI automates one of construction's biggest bottlenecks: turning 2D structural drawings into fabrication-ready BIM models. We upload your PDF drawings, and our agentic AI reads, classifies, and rebuilds every wall, beam, and rebar detail into a native Revit model at LOD 350—material takeoffs included free. What normally takes 3–6 weeks of manual detailing gets compressed into 1–2 days, cutting modeling time by up to 77%. We're already working with structural teams at Fortune 500 builders and global GCs.

Autotag - MEP Tagging, Annotation & Documentation

Autotag by Bimrock AI automates MEP annotation in Autodesk Revit. Instead of placing tags one by one, engineers define a tagging profile once: which categories to tag, which tag families to use, and how tags should be placed, filtered, and oriented. Apply that profile to a view, a whole project, or linked and BIM 360/ACC models, and batch-process entire documentation sets in a single pass. Intelligent overlap avoidance repositions leader elbows so tags never collide. Supports Revit 2023 to 2027. No scripting required.

RENDAIR AI

Rendair AI is an all-in-one AI platform designed specifically for architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals that transforms architectural concepts into high-quality visualizations through various AI tools, without requiring technical AI knowledge. Rendair combines multiple visualization capabilities into a single, intuitive platform that fits naturally into existing design workflows. The system handles everything from early concept sketches to final presentations, focusing on delivering professional-grade results with minimal setup. The platform emphasizes architectural accuracy, material realism, and visual consistency across all outputs, ensuring that the results meet client presentation standards and are suitable for commercial use. Essentially, an architect or designer with a hand-drawn concept sketch can upload it to Rendair, request a "modern living room with natural light and minimalist furniture," and quickly receive a photorealistic rendering ready for client presentation, all without needing specialized rendering skills or extensive hardware.

ContractorCounter

ContractorCounter is browser-based construction drawing markup and takeoff software built for contractors, subcontractors and estimators. Upload PDF or image plans, calibrate scale, measure lengths and areas, count symbols and fixtures, and add clear markups without desktop software. Teams can collaborate in one workspace, export clean annotated PDFs, and carry measured quantities into a Bill of Quantities and quote. It is a practical Bluebeam alternative for fast, affordable preconstruction and field workflows.

Primepoint

Primepoint is construction AI that understands drawings, not just text. It reads linework, tags, and cross-references to connect drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals into one knowledge graph—then prepares the work teams usually do by hand. Catch constructability conflicts before the field, automate first-pass submittal and RFI reviews, generate revision narratives, and ask any project question in plain English with Ask Marvin—every answer traced to the exact drawing detail or spec. Native Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore integrations, single-tenant security, and SOC 2 Type II compliance make it enterprise-ready.
