HUDA
HUDA is a bulk user-management tool for Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forma, and BIM 360. It creates members who don't yet exist in your Autodesk hub, adds them to every project they need, and sets their folder permissions in one guided run instead of clicking through the admin project by project. A dry-run preview shows every change before anything is written, and a rollback file lets you undo a whole run. Built by Lagarsoft, a certified Autodesk Platform Services partner, entirely on official APS SDKs and APIs, with no reverse-engineered endpoints.

HUDA Overview
Adding new members to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forma, or BIM 360 is one of the most common admin chores in AEC - and one of the most tedious. A new hire starts Monday and needs access to fifteen projects. You open the first one, add them, set their role and company, then open the second, then the third. An hour later you have done something that should have taken two minutes. It is one of the most upvoted requests on Autodesk's own community forum, open for years, and ACC still makes you manage users project by project, by hand, every time. Worse, before anyone can be assigned to a project, they first have to exist in your Autodesk account - so you bounce to Account Admin to invite them, wait for the invite to process, then come back to assign projects. Two flows that were never built to work together.
HUDA collapses all of it into one guided run. Three workflows that used to mean clicking through the admin project by project now live in one place:
Accounts and invites: Upload your list and HUDA spots the emails that don't have an Autodesk identity yet, creates those accounts in your hub, sets each member's access level, and sends the invites. Anyone who already exists is skipped, so you never create a duplicate.
Project membership: Once members exist in your hub, add them to many projects at once, change a role, or remove someone, all in a single run. A dry-run preview shows the full diff before anything happens, and the operation queue runs each change with a success or error badge per row, with a rollback file to undo the whole run if needed.
Folder permissions: Grant folder-level access from a CSV or a visual folder-tree picker, using human-readable paths like Project Files/Design/Current. Permission levels map straight to Autodesk's own ACC Docs levels: viewer, downloader, uploader, editor, and manager.

About the Company
About Lagarsoft
Lagarsoft is an AEC software development company headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, building production-grade software for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, and Property Tech industries.
Founded in 2019 by senior engineers out of CASE Inc. and WeWork, the team brings more than a decade of experience shipping software inside the built environment, combining backgrounds in architecture, real estate, data analysis, automation, software development, and agile management. Lagarsoft operates as a US company that is Uruguay-based and globally distributed, with senior engineers and architects working together across the Americas.
Origins
The company's origin gives it a distinctive perspective. Its founders first met at CASE, a global Building Information Modeling consultancy that pioneered the idea that "buildings = data," using technology to reshape how architecture and construction teams worked.
After CASE was acquired by WeWork, the team helped build software to manage WeWork's massive real estate portfolio. When WeWork closed its Uruguay office, the team chose to continue that vision independently, founding Lagarsoft to bring data-driven, agile software solutions to AEC firms worldwide.
Autodesk Platform Services
Lagarsoft is an Autodesk Platform Services (APS) Certified Partner. The company designs and ships custom Autodesk software on APS, including:
- Viewer integrations
- Model Derivative pipelines
- Data Exchange flows
- Design Automation jobs
- AEC Data Model queries running in production
Custom Revit Development
The company builds custom Revit plugins that extend the native toolset, automate repetitive tasks, and bridge Revit to the rest of the technology stack so that the model is not the end of the line. Output flows into web viewers, dashboards, generative design platforms, and field tooling.
That framing - the model is not the end of the line - identifies the gap most BIM implementations leave open. A completed model represents substantial invested effort, and if it terminates at handover rather than feeding downstream systems, most of that value stays locked up.
Broader AEC Software Development
Beyond the Autodesk ecosystem, the same engineering bench handles broader custom AEC software development, from systems coordination and clash detection tooling to portfolio platforms and investor dashboards.
Engineering Rigour
Engineering rigour is central to Lagarsoft's positioning. The company emphasises production readiness: authentication, secrets handling, dependency hygiene, and audit trails as a baseline, with CI, observability, and a clear rollback path in place before the first deploy.
The team favours reliable, well-understood infrastructure such as databases, queues, and caches that hold up under real production load. This is a meaningful differentiator in a sector where a great deal of custom tooling is built by designers scripting rather than by software engineers, and consequently works on one machine but not across an organisation.
Taking AI-Built Applications to Production
Increasingly, Lagarsoft helps industrial, manufacturing, AEC, and logistics companies take AI-built applications to production, layering senior engineering discipline around modern AI tooling - addressing the now-common situation where a promising prototype cannot be trusted with real data or real users.
How Engagements Work
Build Audit
Engagements typically begin with a Build Audit: a focused working session with senior engineers followed by a concise one-page memo delivered within forty-eight hours.
Embedded Pod
From there, work continues as an Embedded Pod - senior engineers operating on a sprint cadence with scoped work and transparent management, adjusted as it unfolds and shaped by what is actually shipping.
Consulting
The company also offers consulting, where it reads the codebase, reviews the systems, and identifies where existing systems are fragile - mapping current processes and technologies against what production-grade looks like for the size and risk of the business.
Core Competencies
- BIM and AECO
- APIs and integrations
- Revit development
- Mobile and web development
- Machine learning
- Data analysis
Who Lagarsoft Works With
By pairing deep domain knowledge of the built environment with senior software engineering, Lagarsoft helps teams across architecture, engineering, construction, MEP, and real estate get more done with software that performs reliably in real-world production conditions.

BIM 360
BIM 360 is Autodesk’s earlier [cloud collaboration software](https://www.aecplustech.com/tools/category/cloud-collaboration-platform) for document control, design coordination, field workflows, and project administration. Existing teams still need accurate login and module guidance, but Autodesk now recommends [Autodesk Forma](https://www.aecplustech.com/tools/autodesk-forma) for new projects while maintaining BIM 360 for existing work. This guide explains what remains available, where Docs, Admin, Field, Insight, and Project Management fit, how Glue’s retirement affects coordination, and why current pricing and download questions need product-specific answers.
Revizto
Revizto is [BIM coordination software](https://www.aecplustech.com/tools/category/clash-detection) that gives project teams one place to review published 2D sheets and 3D models, track issues, coordinate clashes, and carry decisions into the field. It is built for cross-discipline communication rather than authoring geometry. The practical buying questions are therefore less about modeling tools and more about license level, publishing integrations, issue governance, device performance, data location, and whether the team can make Revizto the dependable record of coordination work.
