Highlighted Core Features
Color Elements
This tool allows you to color any category based on type or instance parameter values. Users can override element graphics directly in the view with colors, as well as show and select elements within the properties. You can create multiple filters based on your precise selection criteria, and these filters will override your current view template. It can also convert settings directly to filters or view templates.
Filter Elements
Filter any object from the entire project based on type or instance parameter values. You can easily find and select elements in the active view or across the complete project by category, family, type, or parameter value. Filters can be combined and saved within the project for later reuse.
Manage Parameters
An efficient tool for managing parameters within and between projects. It lets you view and edit instance or type parameter values in a clean table/spreadsheet format. You can select any category to access all available parameters, filter out non-editable parameters, view and edit schedules, sort your lists, and copy/paste values. Key functionalities include Merge Parameters, Merge Parameters Configuration, Combine Parameters, and Batch Combine Parameters.
Project Cleanup
Skip the tedious manual work of clearing out your Revit model. Project Cleanup allows you to configure exactly how you want the cleanup to be handled to minimize overall file size by removing specific elements like views, schedules, and links or imports.
Publish
Plot drawings and export files to DWG, IFC, NWC, PDF, and RVT in a single operation. You can configure multiple setup options regarding which sheets or views to publish, where they should be saved, and how they should be named. These settings can be easily reused the next time you need to publish the exact same views or sheets.
Renumber Elements
Automatically write a sequential number string on specified element types. Elements can be renumbered by picking them one by one, selecting objects, or drawing a spline. The tool supports prefixes and suffixes, auto-swaps numbers for objects requiring unique numbering, and allows elements to inherit numbers from a selected object.
