Everything runs on-device, completely free and ad-free, with no account required and no paid tier. The scanner uses your device's built-in LiDAR sensor to capture room geometry as you walk through a space, building a model of walls, floors, and dimensions. Exported formats include DXF, USDZ, text notes, pictures, and geographical metadata, bundled in a single zip file. The export also captures wall and floor areas, useful for estimating flooring and paint requirements. Render exports in the browser with no install: drag a USDZ file into usdz-viewer.lagarsoft.com and the floor plan renders in Three.js, with a reset view and a file switcher, working on desktop, tablet, or phone with no sign-in.
