Forms can include typed answers, dropdowns, pass/fail responses, notes, photos, video, graphical signatures, GPS stamps, weather data, and diagram markups. Teams can also bring existing PDFs into the workflow so current safety forms, checklists, inspections, and jobsite documents can be completed digitally instead of handled as loose paper.
The office web app gives administrators and safety teams a central place to review submitted records, approve or flag time entries, manage templates, track injury information, organize safety checklist data, and maintain OSHA records. GoSafety currently supports OSHA 300 and OSHA 300A workflows, including running case logs and annual summary calculations, helping teams keep safety documentation structured throughout the year instead of scrambling during reporting season.
GoSafety is designed for real construction conditions. Some workflows support offline or poor-reception capture, allowing field users to keep working when the jobsite has limited connectivity and sync later when a connection is available.
