Krepischi Lar e Construção
Gisele Amorin, architect at Krepischi Lar e Construção, uses Maquete to help clients visualise interior spaces with their finishes applied. This case study presents two examples of AI architectural rendering from SketchUp views: a kitchen with a black worktop, floating wooden shelves and a countertop grill, and a dining space featuring woven chairs, a stone counter and daylight through glazed doors.
The kitchen comparison shows the source model and finished render from the same frontal direction. The dining example includes an edited Maquete result, illustrating how rendered images can communicate materials, lighting and the character of a proposed interior.

Why this tool/tech was selected
For Gisele Amorin at Krepischi Lar e Construção, Maquete’s main value is helping clients picture a room with its finishes applied. A SketchUp model communicates the proposed design, while a finished architectural render makes the materials, lighting and overall appearance easier to understand.
The kitchen example brings the worktop, shelving and cabinetry into a finished interior while retaining the source view’s frontal direction. A second example shows a dining area with woven chairs, a stone counter and daylight through glazed doors. Together, these images provide concrete visual references for discussing the proposed spaces with clients. In her Portuguese testimonial, Gisele also describes generating room images in a short time, supporting Maquete’s usefulness in preparing project presentations.

Time / Money saved & the Business Impact.
For Krepischi Lar e Construção, Maquete’s documented business value is faster image generation and clearer communication of proposed interiors. Gisele Amorin reports that the tool helps with project renders, produces room images in a short time and enables clients to visualise spaces with their finishes applied.
The published kitchen and dining examples demonstrate how SketchUp views can become finished architectural images showing cabinetry, worktops, furniture and lighting. These visuals provide a concrete basis for discussing the proposed interior with clients, rather than relying on their interpretation of the model alone.
The reported efficiency benefit is quicker access to presentation images, alongside clearer visual communication. Exact hours saved, monetary savings, sales improvements and financial ROI have not been quantified in the published case study.
