Challenges the Client Faced before

Comparing the as-built structure against the BIM model as work progressed was similarly difficult without a tool built for that purpose, since photos and site notes on their own don't map directly onto a 3D model, and a large hotel development gives a design and build team many separate work fronts to track over time.
