Case Study Description: Altis Lake is a residential development consisting of multiple mid-rise apartment buildings spread across an approximate area of 417,000 square feet. The project includes 300 residential units, designed to provide comfortable and convenient living spaces. Several ground-floor apartments feature attached parking garages, offering residents easy access and added convenience. In addition to residential spaces, the development includes a range of recreational amenities such as a lush green central park, a two-level clubhouse, and a tennis court, creating an active and community-oriented living environment. AEODC was engaged by the client to deliver the defined project scope with a quick turnaround at LOD 350. Due to AEODC’s successful experience working on several Florida-based projects, the client recommended the firm for this assignment, demonstrating strong confidence in its BIM capabilities and design expertise.
