Overview

Primepoint is a construction intelligence platform built to solve one of the industry's hardest and most overlooked problems: understanding construction drawings at scale. Construction projects run on drawings, and Primepoint is designed to understand them the way an experienced engineer does.

Its vision-based AI reads linework, tags, and cross-document references, then connects drawings to the specifications, RFIs, submittals, and revisions that relate to them.

The Construction Knowledge Graph

The result is a construction knowledge graph mapping thousands of pages of project data down to the individual tag level - linking a door tag to its schedule and finish, a submittal to its spec section, and an RFI to the drawing detail it references.

That tag-level granularity is what distinguishes this from document search. Most platforms can find the page a door appears on; connecting that specific door to its hardware set, fire rating and approved submittal is a different technical problem.

Security is enterprise-grade. Primepoint uses a single-tenant architecture with always-on encryption, is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and never uses customer data to train external or shared AI models. Client data stays isolated.

Team

Primepoint was built by a team with expertise across artificial intelligence, product, and construction. CEO Lubomir Bourdev is a founding member of Facebook AI Research and a pioneer in computer vision. The founding team includes senior product leaders from Atlassian, Uber and Microsoft, alongside construction veterans who managed large-scale projects at firms such as Webcor and Turner.
