nAI Hub acts as a multilingual safety assistant, allowing users to ask safety-related questions and receive information in more than 100 languages. This is particularly relevant for construction projects in regions such as the Middle East, where a single site may include workers from many nationalities with different levels of English proficiency. By making safety information easier to access and understand, Navatech aims to reduce the communication gap between safety procedures and frontline teams.

nAI Flow supports day-to-day HSE processes including safety observations, incident reporting, inspections, site walkthroughs, training and safety statistics. AI helps structure information captured from the field, classify risks, identify severity, support root-cause analysis and organise follow-up actions. This gives safety teams a more consistent view of what is happening across a project without requiring every worker to become an expert user of a traditional enterprise system.

At the technology layer, Navatech’s Nexus multimodal AI engine is designed to interpret different forms of site information, including text, voice, images and video, and convert them into usable safety intelligence. For example, a worker can photograph a hazard and describe it through a voice note rather than completing a lengthy form. The information can then be processed into a structured safety observation that the project team can review and act upon.
