Kreo is a cloud-based, AI-powered takeoff and estimating platform built for quantity surveyors, cost estimators, contractors and architects. It automatically detects and measures rooms, walls, doors, windows and custom areas directly from PDF, CAD, and image drawings, removing much of the manual measurement work from a traditional takeoff. An Auto Count feature finds and quantifies matching elements across an entire project, while an AI agent called Caddie supports more autonomous takeoff workflows. Teams can compare drawing revisions, search text within drawings, and collaborate through contextual comments and markups on a shared cloud project. Higher plans add an assemblies database, custom report templates, and Excel import/export for turning takeoffs into estimates. Kreo runs in the browser with no installation required and works on both Windows and Mac. It is aimed at construction estimating workflows across trades including flooring, concrete, electrical, framing, drywall, painting, steel and masonry, rather than at general project management or design.
