The raw IFC file is parsed locally in the browser using web-ifc and stays on your device. PDF generation is a separate server operation: extracted report data, including project names, quantities, storeys and materials, is sent to our server to create the PDF. This is not an entirely offline workflow. Check project confidentiality requirements before generating a report. Saving a report summary for later access is a separate, optional Pro action.
A free account is required. The Free plan includes three watermarked reports per month, with an element schedule grouped by IFC class showing counts, areas and volumes. Creating an account does not mean that storey and material schedules are included in the Free PDF; those additional sections are Pro features.
Pro costs EUR 19 per month or EUR 190 per year. It includes unlimited reports, PDFs without the ifcreport watermark, company name and logo branding, storey breakdowns, material schedules and optional saved report summaries. Saved summaries can be reopened from the account dashboard. The raw IFC file is not stored as part of that saved summary.
Quantities depend on what the source IFC contains. The parser reads authored quantities; missing values are not estimated from geometry. Review the source model and the resulting report before using the quantities for a project decision. A model with incomplete quantity data will not become complete merely by exporting a PDF.
