Users select what they need and generate full three-part specifications (General, Products, Execution) in a single batch. Every section can be refined directly inside the editor by describing the desired change in plain English, with full undo/redo support. Easy Specs supports multi-stage projects (Preliminary through Issued for Construction) with per-stage drawing sets and automatic stage locking, bilingual output (English/French), and both Canadian and USA formatting conventions. Firms can build a lasting knowledge base by importing external project specifications or a firm-wide master spec. Finished work exports to Word as a watermarked draft with tracked changes for internal review, or a clean final issue with an optional project title page, firm seals, and table of contents.
