Instead of copying spreadsheets or rebuilding estimates from scratch, teams can update a price source or quantity input and instantly see the impact while preserving traceability.
Darwin supports IFC-based workflows by mapping model elements to classification systems such as UniFormat or MasterFormat, while remaining flexible enough for non-BIM or hybrid projects. The platform is designed to support early conceptual estimates as well as more detailed preconstruction phases, without forcing artificial “levels” of detail.
AI is used in Darwin as an assistive tool, not an autonomous decision-maker.
