NavisWorks
Autodesk Navisworks is [BIM coordination software](https://www.aecplustech.com/tools/category/clash-detection) for combining multidisciplinary design and construction files into a federated model. Contractors, BIM/VDC teams, and design coordinators use it to review constructability, run clash detection in Navisworks Manage, link models to schedules, and share review outputs. It is not a modeling replacement for Revit or AutoCAD; its role is to bring project data together for coordination and delivery.

Autodesk Navisworks is a product family rather than one uniform license. Navisworks Manage combines model review, simulation, quantification, and advanced coordination with Clash Detective. Navisworks Simulate retains aggregation, review, 5D scheduling, rendering, and takeoff capabilities but does not include Manage’s clash detection and interference-management toolset.
