Development of all necessary documentation for a 2,000-bed university undergraduate housing project, which serves as a major public gateway to the University of California, San Diego campus. One of the main challenges was tackling complex construction details while meeting our client's standards. Also, the highly-complex coordination between all consultants and different design studios working simultaneously on the project.
