Xenmark Overview

Xenmark is a browser-based tool for reviewing engineering and construction drawings. It is built for a familiar problem: a PDF gets sent out for review, several people mark up their own copies, and someone has to collect and reconcile all the comments afterwards.

With Xenmark, the drawing is uploaded once and everyone reviews the same copy in their browser. Reviewers place numbered comments directly on the drawing, reply to each other, and set comments to Open, In Progress or Closed.

You can set the drawing scale using a preset ratio, sheet format, custom ratio or calibration. Once the scale is set, you can measure lengths, perimeters and areas directly on the drawing. Review symbols such as checks, crosses, attention markers, arrows and revision clouds work in the same way.

Each revision can be exported as a comment plan PDF showing every comment in its location, together with an Excel comment register. Plus and Pro plans can use their own logo and document control format. When a project is finished, you can download a ZIP archive containing the revisions, attachments and activity log.

Different roles control what people can do. The Project Manager owns the project and is the only person who needs a paid plan. Editors can upload drawings and add comments, while Participants can read, reply and export. Invited reviewers are free, whether they are a client, subcontractor or external checker.

Xenmark is not intended to replace a document management system or become your permanent project archive. It is there to manage the drawing review itself, create the review records, and let you store the finished files wherever you normally keep project documentation.

Primepoint

Primepoint is construction AI that understands drawings, not just text. It reads linework, tags, and cross-references to connect drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals into one knowledge graph—then prepares the work teams usually do by hand. Catch constructability conflicts before the field, automate first-pass submittal and RFI reviews, generate revision narratives, and ask any project question in plain English with Ask Marvin—every answer traced to the exact drawing detail or spec. Native Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore integrations, single-tenant security, and SOC 2 Type II compliance make it enterprise-ready.

CODiii

CODiii is an AI-powered compliance and document intelligence platform built for architecture, engineering, and construction firms. It connects to your existing cloud storage, auto-classifies project documents, extracts requirements from building codes, client briefs, contracts, and standards, and runs compliance scans against your design deliverables. Teams catch conflicts, gaps, and non-compliances early, before they become costly rework.
