The service quantifies a federated Revit or IFC model end-to-end, classifies every element against project context, and produces a continuously refreshable view that downstream cost planning, programme risk analysis and compliance audit can read as a function rather than a static export.</p>
<p>The architecture is hybrid by design. Deterministic rules narrow the work before any AI reasoning is applied &mdash; the cheap, fast, predictable layer carries the bulk of the classification, and reasoning models handle only the ambiguous tail. Schemas reject malformed answers at the boundary, citations are enforced as code, and items the agent cannot confidently resolve route to a tightly-scoped human review queue rather than being silently committed. In a domain where every line of a Bill of Quantities must be defensible, that abstention behaviour is the safety feature.</p>
