Alice

ALICE is an AI-powered construction scheduling platform for general contractors, project owners and consultants.

It generates and optimizes 4D project schedules from BIM models or existing P6 and Microsoft Project plans, letting teams compare scenarios and cut risk before and during construction.

Alice Overview

ALICE is a cloud-based, AI-powered construction scheduling platform used by general contractors, project owners and construction consultants to generate and compare multiple optimized project schedules — a process ALICE calls 'construction optioneering.' The platform has three main products: ALICE Model generates fully resource-loaded 4D schedules directly from BIM models; ALICE Optimize takes an existing schedule built in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and searches for improved sequencing, resourcing and durations; and ALICE Plan visualizes schedules in 2D alongside drawings. Teams use ALICE to run what-if scenarios, analyze slab zoning and formwork options, manage critical equipment and labor constraints, and perform sensitivity analysis across bidding, planning and execution phases. ALICE does not require historical project data to generate a schedule and requires no local installation. It is aimed primarily at commercial, infrastructure, industrial and heavy civil projects, and ALICE recommends the platform for projects valued above $75 million. ALICE Technologies is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, with additional offices internationally.
