ProcurePro is a cloud-based, purpose-built procurement platform for head contractors in commercial construction. It replaces a manual, fragmented workflow spread across spreadsheets, documents and email threads with one centralized, end-to-end procurement system. At its core, ProcurePro offers a live Procurement Schedule, giving project teams and senior management real-time trade-letting timelines, milestone tracking and early risk detection. The Scope of Works Library consolidates scope documents into corporate and project-specific libraries, protecting against scope gaps and ensuring consistent project delivery. For subcontractor engagement, the Tenders & Price Breakdowns module simplifies tendering — teams send tenders and addendums through an online portal, receive quotes in a standardized format, and eliminate manual chasing. This feeds into Compare & Recommend, which delivers side-by-side comparisons of subcontractor bids, streamlined approvals and auditable decision trails — what ProcurePro calls "apples-for-apples" evaluations. Once selections are made, the Contract Creation module auto-populates contract particulars and annexures, with built-in electronic signature functionality to speed up execution. Vendor Management and Vendor Ratings let teams assess vendor performance over time, while the Lessons Learnt feature captures project insights to prevent repeat mistakes. ProcurePro integrates with Procore and Aconex, and is used by head contractors across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
