Constru
Constru is a remote site-monitoring platform for construction project managers and site supervisors. It captures 360-degree jobsite imagery and compares it against the BIM model to flag deviations in progress, budget, schedule, and quality.

It does not prove construction has stopped — only that observed change looks unusually low.
It does not measure concrete, framing, or roofing directly. Spectral indices are indirect signals.
It does not make legal, underwriting, or loan-performance conclusions.
It does not treat a cloudy or missing image as inactivity.
This candor is the product. Ground Stasis is a monitoring signal. It does not replace physical inspections, construction professionals, appraisals, engineering reports, or underwriting judgment. It never claims a project has stopped, been abandoned, or involves fraud.
It detects periods of unusually low observed change at a construction site, relative to that site's own established baseline. When recent satellite observations show materially less site-level change than the site normally produced, Ground Stasis flags it for your review. It detects changes consistent with construction activity — it does not measure construction directly.
No. Ground Stasis is an independent monitoring signal, not a replacement for physical inspection, appraisal, engineering review, or underwriting judgment. It helps you decide when a site deserves another look.
Monitoring is based on Copernicus Sentinel-2, which revisits most locations every few days — but clouds, haze, snow, and acquisition conditions mean a usable, clear observation is not guaranteed on any given pass. Imagery availability varies with satellite acquisition and weather.
Ground Stasis works best on larger construction sites where physical changes cover multiple satellite pixels. Sentinel-2 is 10 m-class imagery, so very small sites may be flagged as having limited or insufficient satellite suitability.
No. The $9 single-site check is a one-time purchase. It does not enroll you in anything. Continuous monitoring is a separate, optional subscription you start only if you want it.
Ground Stasis reports a DATA GAP rather than guessing. 'No usable data' is never treated as 'no activity' — that distinction is a core trust feature of the product.
One site, one payment, about two minutes. If a project you’ve financed has gone quiet, you’ll want to know today — not at the next draw.

Dodda AI is a feasibility study assistant that helps developers, planners, and consultants collect, validate, and organize site-specific data faster. By bringing together zoning regulations, utility information, AHJ requirements, and other pre-design inputs, Dodda AI helps teams make better early-stage decisions with less manual research. Teams evaluating Dodda AI pricing, features, and workflow value typically consider it for faster site analysis, permitting research, and more efficient feasibility reporting.
Doxel is an AI construction progress tracking platform for project executives and superintendents on commercial jobsites. It combines a project's BIM model with routine 360-degree camera site walks to automatically track trades and stages of work. Computer vision compares what's built against the plan and schedule, cutting manual progress-tracking time and surfacing delays earlier.
