<p>This new 4-star Holiday Inn hotel, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), is under development in North Dublin, within 1km of Dublin Airport. The design-and-build project consists of a 10-story, 421-bedroom hotel, delivered by Stewart Construction working with an extensive design team, including C+W O'Brien Architects and specialist consulting engineers.</p>
