PinMy OU
PinMy builds mobile-first visual collaboration for construction field teams. Site crews pin voice notes, photos, video and text onto plans, site photos and 3D IFC models, then export the record as a PDF report or a BCF issue — no CAD or BIM license required.

Company Overview
PinMy builds the mobile capture layer for construction field work.
The company started from a specific observation: the construction industry has invested heavily in tools for the office and almost nothing usable for the people standing on site. Design authoring, coordination, scheduling and cost control are all well served by mature desktop platforms. But the moment a person walks onto a floor slab and sees something that is wrong, the technology available to them is a camera, a chat app and, often, a printed plan with a pen. Everything that happens next is re-entry: photographs typed up into reports, voice messages transcribed into emails, sketches redrawn into models. The record that survives is unstructured, hard to search and difficult to defend when a dispute begins.
PinMy exists to close that gap at the point of capture rather than after it. The company's product lets a site worker open a plan, a photograph, a walkthrough video or a 3D IFC model on the phone already in their pocket, tap the exact location of an issue, and leave a voice note, photo, video or text anchored to that point. The result is a dated, located, attributed record created in the moment, by the person who saw the thing, without a second entry step.
Two convictions shape how the company builds.
The first is that adoption is the hard problem, not capability. Field teams have very low tolerance for training and very high tolerance for WhatsApp, and any tool that ignores this is bought by head office and abandoned on site within a month. PinMy is therefore designed around a single gesture — tap a point, speak — that works with gloves on, in noise and in poor light, and that a new user can perform correctly within minutes of installing the app. Every feature decision is measured against whether it survives contact with a real site.
The second is that the industry does not need another walled garden. PinMy is built on open standards rather than proprietary lock-in: IFC for models, BCF 2.1 for issue exchange, PDF for reporting. The company's position is explicitly complementary to the established platforms. For a small contractor with no structured tooling at all, PinMy is a first digital step that costs less than a day of rework. For a firm already running a BIM stack or a CDE, it is the mobile extension that stack has always lacked. PinMy does not attempt to replace Procore, Autodesk or Revit, and says so plainly.
The timing is both regulatory and technical. BIM is already mandatory for Spanish public tenders above €2M, with a roadmap extending toward the private sector through 2028–2030, which pushes thousands of small firms to find a first digital step they can actually afford. In parallel, the value of construction AI is limited by the fact that most site data is never captured in structured form at all. The authoring layer, not the analytics layer, is where that constraint is resolved.
PinMy OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia and operates from Málaga, Spain, serving customers across Spain, Italy, Poland, Latin America and North America. The product is live on iOS, iPadOS, Android, the web and as a Chrome extension, in 8+ languages, on a freemium model designed so that an individual inspector can adopt it without a purchase order.
The company is built by the founders of MaboaSoft, an independent mobile product studio. Product and engineering sit under one roof, which keeps iteration fast and the cost base honest — an unusual structure for an early-stage vendor, and the main reason a team of this size ships at this rate.
Beyond field capture, PinMy is extending into local digital twin and smart infrastructure work, where the same pin-to-a-point model applies to assets rather than defects. Data is EU-hosted, GDPR-aligned and encrypted in transit and at rest; customer content is never used for AI training and never sold.

PinMy
PinMy is the visual collaboration app that simplifies communication for AEC teams. It replaces paper and messaging apps by letting users pin precise voice or text annotations directly onto plans, images, and videos. This reduces rework and saves time.
PinMy - Site Plans & PDF Markup
PinMy is mobile-first visual collaboration for construction and AECO teams. Open a PDF plan, site photo, walkthrough video or 3D IFC model, tap the exact spot where the issue is, and leave a voice note, photo, video or text right there. Voice notes are transcribed automatically and become searchable. Everything captured on site exports as a PDF report in one tap, filtered by status, assignee or day. BCF 2.1 import and export connects the field to your BIM stack. No training, no desktop CAD, no BIM licence — if someone can send a voice message, they can use PinMy.
