Motif Design is real BIM, with genuine parametric, associative modeling at speed and scale. Motif’s AI agents are built into the model and take on the repetitive work so architects can spend more time designing. They can generate parametric content, check the design against the brief and building code, and keep the team updated on what changed. Any workflow can be saved as a skill the whole firm can reuse. Motif never trains AI on customer projects.

Because everyone works in one live model, there’s no syncing to central, no file locks, and nothing to install. Anybody can review and make changes without learning Revit, and clients can join from a link. Motif works alongside Revit, so firms can bring in their existing models and start with a single project.

Motif Design complements Motif Review, which launched in 2025 as a browser-based collaborative workspace where teams can present, visualize, render, mark up, and gather feedback on models together in real time.
