Solibri Essential
Solibri Essential is the coordination tier of Solibri's BIM quality assurance software, built for project teams moving from visual model review to structured checking. It federates IFC and native Revit models, runs a predefined set of rule-based checks for model health, required information and clashes, and manages issues through full BCF support. Essential connects natively to Autodesk BIM 360 and Forma, Procore, Trimble, SharePoint and OneDrive, so teams can check models where they already store them.

Solibri Essential is where coordination stops relying on someone spotting problems in a 3D view. Teams run a ready-made set of checks before coordination meetings, so the meeting starts from a list of real issues rather than a model walkthrough. It includes everything in Solibri Starter and focuses on applying consistent checks rather than writing custom rules, which stay in the higher tiers.
