Foam Concrete Mix Designer Overview
The Foam Concrete Mix Designer runs the absolute volume method backwards from a density target. Enter the dry density you need, choose a neat or sand-filled mix, set the water/binder ratio, foam density and dilution ratio, and it returns a complete batch sheet: cement, fly ash, sand, water, foam volume and mass, foaming agent concentrate, and the predicted wet density with the plus or minus 3 per cent control band that production is actually checked against.
It works in metric or US units, and the US mode is native rather than converted. Quantities are stated per cubic yard, densities in pounds per cubic foot, foam in cubic feet per cubic yard, concentrate in gallons and fluid ounces, and cement in 94 lb sacks. The unit system follows the browser locale and can be fixed for a shared link with a URL parameter.
It is built for engineers, precasters and contractors who specify or batch foam concrete and cellular lightweight concrete, and for anyone who needs to turn a density specification into an orderable quantity of materials. The batch sheet downloads as CSV or prints.
There is no account, no payment and no tracking. The tool sits inside an independent technical reference on foam concrete covering density classes, foaming agents, production equipment, mix design and the applicable standards.

Ichi is an AI-powered platform that helps architecture, engineering, and construction teams review complex project documents more efficiently.
It supports building code compliance, automated QA/QC, construction administration, and firm-wide knowledge management. By analyzing drawings, submittals, RFIs, and other documents, Ichi identifies missing information, potential conflicts, and items requiring attention, helping teams reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and make faster, better-informed project decisions.
InspectMind is an AI-powered platform that reviews construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for potential code violations, coordination conflicts, constructability issues, and missing information.
Designed for architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and municipalities, it provides evidence-backed findings that help teams complete plan checks and QA/QC more efficiently. By identifying costly issues earlier, InspectMind supports faster reviews, stronger documentation, reduced rework, and better-informed decisions throughout project planning and delivery across diverse project types.
Callout uses AI to review construction drawing PDFs against 33+ building codes across 7 engineering disciplines. Upload your drawings, select applicable codes, and get structured findings with exact code citations, severity ratings, and suggested resolutions in under 60 seconds. Built for licensed Professional Engineers and Architects.
