Volumet is a 3D laser scanning studio based in Singapore. We capture existing buildings, plant rooms, tanks, facades and sites with terrestrial laser scanners, handheld SLAM LiDAR and drones, and turn the point cloud into the deliverable your project needs.
Services
- 3D laser scanning: registered, colourised point clouds (E57, RCP, LAS) with millimetre-level accuracy.
- As-built drawings: plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD from the scan.
- Scan-to-BIM: Revit models of existing conditions for renovation, A&A works, MEP retrofits and CORENET X submissions.
- Drone and LiDAR surveys: orthomosaics, terrain models and aerial point clouds.
- Digital twins and virtual tours: navigable records for facility managers and owners.

How we work
Fixed prices quoted up front: scanning from S$1,500, as-built drawings from S$300 per drawing and Scan-to-BIM from S$3,000. One team runs the job from site visit to final model. We also rent and sell 3D scanners for teams who prefer to scan in-house.
