SWAPP’s founders previously built and sold a company to Autodesk — the largest software vendor in architecture and engineering — and spent years inside Autodesk shaping how the industry’s core tools get built. They started SWAPP in 2019 with the people, the relationships, and the hard-won understanding of AEC to build it right.

We build our own AI, in-house.

SWAPP is nearly 40 people — AI researchers, machine-learning engineers, and practicing senior architects working side by side, every day.
