OMRT houses the real estate development software for companies to develop and build homes faster, more efficient, and sustainably. On our online platform you test a plot through variant studies, design the building and check the business case in one live 3D model, from the first feasibility study up to the construction drawings.
You start from what your company already knows. We set up the platform with your own floor plans, building types, construction system and cost data, together with the zoning plan and the building regulations. You then see all opportunities of your own building in 3D on any location. The result is not a generic massing, but a detailed design with the unit mix, sellable floor area, construction costs and regulations fit. The platform checks each design also on compliance, risk and planning. Change the number of homes, the parking or the height of a building, and the model and all the numbers change with it integrally. You no longer wait weeks for a new decision making round with your advisors.
