More than 400 design and engineering professionals work across twelve studios, combining the three disciplines to offer integrated rather than sequential services.

Locations

LEO A DALY operates from studios in Omaha, where its head office building is located, alongside Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, San Diego, Washington D.C. and West Palm Beach, with an international office in Abu Dhabi.

In 2025 the Southern California practice Delawie joined LEO A DALY, adding expertise and extending the firm's West Coast footprint.

Operating Principles

Seven principles guide the practice: customer first, recognising that the firm exists for its clients; innovative by design, treating design excellence as a constant rather than an occasional ambition; ethical always, described as the cornerstone of the firm; fair and inclusive, valuing diverse perspectives; responsible, owning the environmental and social impact of the work and asking whether net zero is sufficient or whether design should be regenerative; never stop learning, encouraging exploration and tolerance of mistakes; and make it fun.

Commitments

The firm frames its wider commitments around three areas.
