3D Geomatic Services (3DGS) is a point cloud to BIM and scan to BIM firm built by surveyors. US survey firms send us their scans, and we hand back registered point clouds, BIM models, CAD files and as-built drawings, modeled in their own families and template at LOD 100 to 500. Our modelers work alongside a LiDAR field team that has run projects in 21 countries since 2015, so registration problems, control gaps and bad scans get flagged when files arrive, not after modeling. Every job is scoped in hours, billed on actuals and capped at the quote, with revisions to client sign-off inside the cap. Work includes the Montana State Capitol, the Waldorf Astoria in New York, Google campus buildings and Palm Beach International Airport. We process terrestrial and aerial LiDAR only, not photogrammetry. The company is registered in Washington State. White-label delivery is available.
