<p>KPF's supertall portfolio includes the 115-storey Ping An Financial Centre in Shenzhen and One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan, which rises beside Grand Central Terminal and integrates directly with the transit concourse below. Zayed International Airport represents the firm's transportation work at national infrastructure scale.</p>
<p>Smaller-scale work demonstrates the craft principle: the lobby at 712 Fifth Avenue, the brick facade of 64 University Place, and 500 West 21st Street. Westlake 66 has been recognised by the Urban Land Institute for its use of innovative low-carbon materials.</p>

<p>Ziraat Bank's new headquarters in Istanbul's International Financial Centre pairs KPF's twin-tower design with the BIM and virtual design and construction (VDC) coordination that large, geometrically complex projects require. The roughly 450,000-square-meter complex comprises 40- and 46-story towers linked by an eight-story podium and a travertine-and-timber atrium fabricated with CNC precision.</p>
<p>Coordinating that geometry across structural, MEP, and facade disciplines in an active seismic zone demanded close digital modeling between KPF and its delivery partners. Featured in GENx Design &amp; Technology's BIM/VDC project portfolio, the completed tower achieved LEED Platinum certification and integrates automated lighting and access systems for long-term operational efficiency.</p>
