About Creative ITC

Creative ITC is a global managed service provider transforming the way architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms work, collaborate, and innovate. Specialising in high-performance IT solutions tailored to the unique demands of design and construction environments, Creative ITC supports some of the world's leading firms - including AECOM, Populous, Zaha Hadid Architects, Foster + Partners, and Royal BAM - in delivering complex, design-led projects around the globe.

VDIPOD: Virtual Desktops for AEC

At the core of Creative ITC's offering is VDIPOD, a next-generation virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solution engineered specifically for graphics-intensive applications used in the AEC space. From AutoCAD and Revit to Rhino and 3ds Max, VDIPOD provides architects, engineers, and designers with powerful, GPU-backed virtual workstations that deliver a seamless user experience - no matter where they are.

Unlike traditional VDI setups, VDIPOD is optimised to handle large file sizes and complex rendering tasks with ultra-low latency and high availability, enabling global project teams to collaborate in real time without performance bottlenecks. This distinction matters in practice: generic VDI struggles with the GPU load and model file sizes that are routine in AEC, which is why most firms historically kept designers on physical workstations.

The VDIPOD platform is fully managed and scalable, allowing firms to onboard users quickly, reduce IT overhead, and maintain business continuity across distributed teams. With enterprise-grade security baked in, Creative ITC also ensures that sensitive design IP stays protected, whether accessed from a main office, a satellite studio, or a remote jobsite.

Managed IT Services

Beyond VDI, Creative ITC offers a comprehensive suite of managed IT services:

Hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure

Secure data storage

Backup and disaster recovery

High-speed networking

Performance monitoring

These services are designed with the needs of the AEC industry in mind - where speed, mobility, and data integrity are critical to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Sector Specialisation

What sets Creative ITC apart is its deep understanding of the AEC sector. With years of experience working with design-focused organisations, the company knows firsthand the challenges faced by project teams - from managing large BIM datasets to supporting international design review workflows.

Creative ITC doesn't just deliver technology - it becomes a strategic partner, helping firms drive innovation, reduce risk, and gain competitive edge through smarter infrastructure.

Its solutions empower global firms to operate more efficiently and sustainably without compromising performance or creativity.
