How does Visual Planner work? 

1. Set key project dates - add or import milestones from a Master Schedule to get started
2. Pull plan backwards - use phase planning mode to work backwards from key objectives, all drag-and-drop
3. Begin lookahead planning - as work solidifies, bring items from your phase pull plan directly into your weekly schedule without breaking logic ties. Add and manage constraints. 
4. Manage your weekly schedule - visual breakdown of day-to-day work. Each trade is assigned a different colour tag for visibility. Use touch gestures to quickly add and edit tags. Plan stays updated in real time for remote collaborators. 
5. Capture daily progress - Crews can quickly mark tags as complete or incomplete, capturing why work has gotten off schedule. This information is automatically captured in reporting.
